Annual Dream Passport

We have decided to spend Christmas at Disneyland Paris Dec 22-29, and got a great deal at the Holiday inn. We have also got the in-laws coming too. So in total 6 Adults and 4 children. My questions are we have decided to opt for the dream passports.
Do we have to pay for the children or are they free? ages 6,3,2,1
Can we opt to do them once we are there and do we need to take passport pictures?
will there be any discounts with us having so many?
Also not sure how sponsorship works?
This will be our 4th visit in 2 years but before we have opted to go on a Disney hotel packaged trip.
We also tried to book the Lucky Nugget on Christmas day but was told it would be closed this year as anybody heard anything about this?

Yes you can arrange your annual passports when you are at DLP and as they take your photograph at the annual passport bureau you do not need passport photos.
Only the 6 year old requires a passport which is eligible for the free under 7 passport if bought along with an adults passport. So that would take care of one of the adults.

You cannot combine the sponsorship deal, the under 7's free and family discount for 5 or more passports.

The family discount is only for those eligible listed at the same address.
The other 5 adults though could look for sponsor discount of 10% and requests if required should be posted up on the sponsor thread. Where the sponsorer will also post
