Annoying emails

I have always received the occasional email telling me that I have won millions or that someone in Nigeria or Zimbabwe is ready to make me rich. Lately, I am being inundated with them. For weeks now, I get at least ten a day. Any idea how I can stop these? Thanks!

Besides not opening your email?

Do you have some sort of spam filter for your email that you can use? Some antivirus companies package a spam filter package with the antivirus. I've heard of people using http://www.mailwasher.net/ but I don't know really how well it works.

If you use Outlook Express you can create filters to block certain addresses or subject matter.

I got AOL and most of them go to the spam folder and if not i just it the "Report Spam" button and BYE BYE!
