Annoyed!

I called the Disney Catalog twice, getting two different CM's. Both told me that the World of Disney Salad/Dessert plates were not sold seperately. I just got online at disneystore.com and found them. I am glad I looked and I was able to get them, but I think that the people taking orders should know their products!

Oh well, now I just hope that they make more of the wine glass charms, I bought them as Christmas presents and went back to buy them for myself and they had sold out!

customer service isn't what you used to be
not just at disney but it seems everywhere
It is a sad commentary on life I think
No one even if its there job wants to help anyone anymore
