Anyone interested in posting their most annoying moment of the week moment?

Mine? I do Tech Support - A very special someone *sarcasm* called on Tuesday cuz she just got a new BlkBry:

" I need to be added to the server! I need to get my e-mails coming through this ...yesterday!"

Yes - yes lady...we'll get you on there, chill!!

She's added and all is well until today....

"Is there any way to just *sometimes* have them on my Blackberry - I dont really want ALL of them on here, and not ALL the time.... last night I got some at 11 and 12 at night!!!"

Okay - why did you get a BlackBerry?

That's when you tell her, "If I filter it, you can only receive spam. Otherwise you get all your mail or none!

I don't know if you're looking for an actual answer, but she could switch it to "Phone Only" when she doesn't want to be notified she got an email, but still wants to use it as a phone.
