Announced Rides and Rumored Rides List?

Hi,

Love these boards.

Is there a Disney list of new rides that are currently under construction at WDW or at all Disney Parks? For me I'd love to look at one thread and see what is new each year before I head to WDW, Disneyland, or Paris Disneyland.
If a new attraction is about to open I might move my trip a little so I can attend when it is open.

Is there also a list of new attractions that are rumored with a feel or rating for how likely people think they are to happen?
