Annoucement question: Winnie the poo only open on April???

Does your announcement mean that Winnie the poo attraction is not open before?
Reading my guides it seems that this attraction was already open.

I am not sure what announcement that you mean. That attraction has been open for a few years. Sorry about the confusion.
