Hi all:

About to make our first trip to our home resort of BCV. Have never stayed here before and it will be DH and I on a romantic "non-kids" Anniversary trip. Any suggestions as to room location? We will probably just stay in a studio to save on points. Where are the great views? Quiet areas? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

TIA
Sammy

Although my trips to BCV have been "non-romantic" (going solo), I had a real nice quiet studio once, #339-right around the corner from the main hall, so there wasn't too much foot traffic. It would probably be defined as "woods-wetland" view, although when I tried to get that area again, MS told me there was no such thing as a woods view at BCV. Epcot facing rooms were too close to highway noise for me.

Thanks....that's good to know!

We love the quiet pool view. At night it is just beautiful sitting out on the balcony looking down at the pool all in lights. Could be very romantic. Maybe we will find out if we ever do a trip without the four kids.

Ooooooh! That sounds nice!

okay I am going to be different - loved the view - Spaceship Earth- at Epcot - in 561.

yes it is near the back road to BWV/BC (not a highway) - and it is also the service road to these pavillions. (I think this is probably more of a complaint).

but if you get high enough - who cares!!!!

I loved the view of Spaceship Earth - wonderful!!!!

Stayed solo in 304 (dunes view) last Jan.. it was nice, overlooks the canal, dunes, spa and pool. DW and I are headed there in Dec for our anniversary as well.. hope to get the same room.

I'd go for the pool view as well. Just be careful about getting a room close to the auxiliary elevator that enter/exit by the door to the pool. This elevator can get a bit noisy late at night, although you do get used to the sound.

Can you reference the BCV map and tell me which part of the "horseshoe" these elevators are located?? Thanks so much!
