Got to say that DW likes to eat at a different restaurant on each trip to WDW. We did not visit any parks so it was resorts, boardwalk, and DTD only.
DW loves to eat, so here we go. Scale of 1-5, 5 being the best.
JIKO-Probably the best meal we have @ WDW. Started with drinks and appetizers. The duck firecracker was excellent. DW also ordered a soup and a salad. DW had the monkfisk and I had the beef short ribs suggested by the waitress Shellie (also the best waitress we have encountered @ WDW). Dw loved the monk fish and the short ribs was excellent. They came on a bone but I did not need a knife to cut it, It just fell off the bone. I had told the on the PS that it was our 15 anniversary trip and they provided a card and a creme brulee. Like I said before this is a must visit for everyone. Food 5+ service 5+.
FRESH-Best breakfast we have ever had @ WDW. The breakfast potatoes were to die for. The omelets were excellent. The french toast were the best I ever had also. DW loved all the specialty organic juices that she loves. I strongly recommend this breakfast to everyone. Those that have small children, they also make mickey pancakes. Food 5 service 5.
PORTABELLO YACHT CLUB- Excellent food here also. Started with drinks and appetizers. The shrimp prosciotto was great and DW also asked for a salad. DW had Shrimp pasta in alfredo sauce and I had the spaghettini with shrimp which was also very good. They provided us with a card and an excellent mousse and chocolate cake that was to die for. Definitely a great meal, strongly recommend to everyone. Food 4, service 4.
WHISPERING CANYON CAFE-We each had the all you can eat skillet. The food was really good, especially the ribs. The best part of the meal was the atmosphere. The waiters joked around with everybody. The kids have horse races and everyone cheered for them. Make sure you ask for ketchup next time you go and watch everyone bring you the one from their table. Playing along with them is half the fun. Ask for a straw and they throw you 20 of them. Bring in a shirt,cap ,or toy from a non disney park and watch out. Food was good but atmosphere is what does it here. I am waiting to take the kids next time so they can have fun. Food 3 atmosphere/service 5
SPOODLES. The worst dinner we have ever had @ WDW
Started out with drinks and appetizer for DW. She ordered the shrimp as the appitizer and it was chewy and undercooked. We both ordered the fetuccini with shrimp and the pasta was hard, from being overcooked. My wife just at the shrimp and I ate most of the meal. When the waitress came by I told her that the food was not very good. She had the gall to tell me to let her know next time we came and she would make sure the food was better. 
We are not people that complain at restaurants so I asked for the check and left. We also heard other table complaining about their foods. We will not be going back here again. Food 1 service 1
CAP N JACKS-Surprisingly better lunch than we anticipated. We started with drinks and a shrimp cocktail. DW ordered the Fettucine with shrimp and I had the crab cake melt. This was awesome. I had heard some negative reviews but we are seafood people and decided to try it. I do recommend this restaurant. Food 4 service 4
All in all the dining was excellent except for spoodles.

We are looking forward to trying Whispering Canyon on our next trip when we stay at WL.
