hi everyone. my second anniversary is coming up on the 1st of january. and i have NO clue what to do for my hubby. for our first anniversary, he was deployed in iraq, but i bought him a ring while i was in disneyland last year from the heritage shop that had his family's name and coat of arms. anyway, i want to do something really sweet but we don't have a whole lot of money to spend on things like that, so it can't be too horribly expensive either. i'm an artist and i wanted to paint something for him. i painted him a picture of the american and usmc flags crossed on an antique looking background when he got out of the marines earlier this year and he really loved it. but since he's between jobs, we don't have a house right now so all of our things are packed (including all my paint supplies) for a while until we can figure out where to live. so a painting doesn't seem to be an option this year. we are also staying in the trailer in his parents' backyard, and niether the fridge or stove or table really work, so a romantic homecooked meal from his wife isn't really that much of an option either. i can give some info about him and maybe someone can please help me think of an awesome idea for a gift for my husband.

Favorite hobbies: computer stuff, wrestling, video games, and he used to do theater in high school and loved it
He's a former marine, video gamer, and total computer geek

i'm not really sure what other info might help, but just ask and i'm sure i know it. i'd really appreciate ANY ideas because i'm drawing a total blank this year. maybe things that you have done for your own spouse, things you've seen other people do that was really sweet, or any ideas you may have. this is our first anniversary together and our entire first year of marriage, he was in iraq. so this year is the equivalent to our first anniversary and i really want it to be special. any help would mean a lot to me, thank you!
