Anniversary ideas

My DW and I are going down in October for a week and we will be celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary while down there. Was wondering if anyone knows any good ideas for ways to surprise her while we are down there? Maybe some ideas at restaurants or attractions that people have done in the past. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

for my wife's 40th b-day I surprised her with a family photoshoot at the Boardwalk resort. I hired a non-disney photographer who was great and we had her for over 2 hours. Got lots of great photos. Granted, it was with the kids, but i'm sure she would do an amazing couple session. You can pick any resort or non-park location you want.

Really depends on your budget what you can do. My budget was smaller so I called the Disney main line where you can order cakes. Ordered a small one to be ready and delivered during our meal at Tony's in MK. They were able to personalize the cake with Congratulations and our names. When I checked into the hostess, I reminded them we had a special surprise cake. They even decorated our table a little bit special and then brought the cake out as a surprise. Whole thing went really well.

I don't know if this is still done, it's been a while. But we went for our 5th anniversary, and upon check-in the CM asked if we were celebrating anything special. We told her it was our anniversary, and were given buttons. She must have also notated it on our folio and dining--we had a special treat waiting for us every night at turn down. And then our TS ressie hosts/wait staff always greeted us saying "Happy Anniversary", and our tables were always decorated with confetti upon being seated. A few places also gave us complementary cupcakes for dessert. We thought it was very nice for the CM to note that and to receive so many little treats!

I saw a post - maybe on this forum - about someone organizing a private dinner on the terrace of the Hollywood Tower Hotel in Hollywood Studios. It was after hours and looked really cool though I'm sure it was expensive.

Maybe a private dinner or dessert cruise during fireworks at EPCOT or Magic Kingdom?

My husband and I really enjoyed the Highway in the Sky Dine Around. The food was really good and we got to chat with some interesting people. Plus, watching the fireworks from the small, private terrace at the Contemporary was pretty sweet.

We are also celebrating our 28th anniversary in October.

For our 25th we went and saw the YeeHaw Bob show at Port Orleans. It was very fun and had a great time. We plan on doing it again this year!

Perhaps a massage at Senses? Or maybe buy her a nice dress while on resort and take her out to a nice restaurant on property? For no extra money, find some ride that maybe neither of you would think of getting on like the carousel and tell her things that she will find sweet or funny or memorable. Take selfies, etc. There are tons of things that could be made into a fun anniversary memory.

We're celebrating our 30th in October. I am hoping to be able to book the Highway in the Sky Dine around, but they have not opened October dates yet.

It's hard sometimes for us to recommend since we do not know you or her, I would NOT like a massage or new dress bought for me at all.
