Anniversary ideas for Disney brides?

My husband and I had an intimate at Sea Breeze Point this past April and have begun to plan our 1st anniversary trip. Any ideas to make it special?
I would love to have the top tier of the cake remade and order the chocolate tuxedo strawberries that we had, but is there anything else we could plan, or anything I could plan to surprise him with?
I know its 8 months away, but I have NEED to plan. I planned the wedding so much I now feel empty not having it to plan Im sure a lot of other Disney brides feel the same after the wedding.

I know what you mean, our first anniversary is in 6 months and I'm already planning the vacation. Actually the romantic part of the trip will be before we get to Disney but it's planning anyways I think during the Disney part of our trip we'll get away from all the friends and have dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse where we had our wedding dinner to celebrate.

For our first anniversary at WDW we went to V&As for a fancy meal. We had received a very unexpected bonus, and used it for that and for an animation cel as a gift to us... For other anniversary trips we've done Illuminations cruises, and ordered a cake from the bakery which we shared with the family that was there; on another trip we were in 2 bedroom units at OKW and so we got a room for the night at WL and had dinner at Artist Point... It happens that that time of year it isn't just DH and I that go, but my parents, aunts & uncles, cousin & wife, grandma... everyone goes, so we try to plan something that is for just us and then another something that is for everyone.

Is it in your budget to maybe book a fireworks cruise and add on a meal? Then you could do the cake and strawberries? Or a special restaurant meal and then do a cruise?
