*sigh* I want to go back:( So I figured I'd start some trip reports so I might be of some help to you lucky ones who get to go soon:D

This was an early anniversary trip for us, I'm 25, DH is 23. Last Feb we had an intimate wedding at Disney; things were very unsure on our honeymoon as to when we'd be able to come back - DH was laid-off, I'm self-employed, but with many coupons clipped, barely any going out, and $ saved we were happily able to go back:Pinkbounc :bounce: We went on the Silver Plan last time and loved it, this year I convinced DH to let us try the Gold Plan.

1/4 Travel Day
We awoke to our power going off, what a joy... So much for a last night of sleeping for a decent amount of time... We live in a fairly small town and once the power goes off it takes a while to come back. Luckily, we left later in the day, so we were able to get showers and wash dishes, fun stuff.

We flew on SEAL, arrived at the airport to discover that our flight was delayed by an hour. We ended up leaving only 45 min. late, and arrived at Sanford with no other problems. Omar from Tiffany Towncar was waiting for us, another worry gone. I always worry about lost luggage, so I was going nuts when our luggage took forever coming out - about half the plane was waiting with me, but I figured that if any luggage was lost it would be ours... Finally, that worry was solved and we were on our way to POR.

We were so excited to be back at POR, it felt like we had never left:D We walked into the lobby and it was still decorated for Christmas, that was a happy surprise. We had requested a standard room in the Mansion section. At the front desk I asked if they had anything available in Acadian House (where we stayed last year), but they didn't. So we drug our luggage (hey we're young, we don't have that much stuff or need a bell-hop!) all the way to the back of Parterre Place. We saw our room and immediately regretted our decision not to get a King room... We decided it was worth the extra $. So we left our luggage in the room and walked all the way back to the lobby. We asked very politely if they had any King rooms available, and after some searching, the very nice CM at the front desk upgraded us (for free :D ) to a king room in the AB section. She gave us a one-time use key to get back into our old room and our new keys. Either I am very stupid with keys or it wasn't programmed right - it didn't work. So I left DH at the room and trooped all the way back to the lobby... This time she came with me (idiot-proofing it), and let us back into the room. We again stupidly decided not to use bell-services and started the long trek across the resort to our new room.

We weren't settled until 1am, but it was worth it, we loved our new room:D I ended up with blisters - did I mention we were stupid enough to lug luggage everywhere plus I decided to re-break-in my old sandals? And we were exhausted but we were still just as excited to be there :Pinkbounc :bounce: so of course we barely got any sleep... I was glad we got there late at night; there were no lines at check-in, and we were able to get ourselves settled without rushing to get into a park right away.
