:oHey all!
I'm trying to blow my husband's mind for our 10th anniversary. We have a tradition of always doing something for our anniversary and trying to outdo each other (usually we create something or have a family activity). I need some help!!

Things to know:
I'm crafty and love a good DIY so always an option.
Budgeting about $1k - $1.5k for this addition.
We have a 4 night Caribbean cruise booked followed by 5 days at WDW GF.
will be me DH, DS 9, DS 7, DD 5. Love to include them all but can separate if the idea calls for it.

I've thought of:
A couples massage?
The VIP tour at WDW but may be priced out.
Gifts of a Lifetime WDW

TIA!!

My DH and I are celebrating our anniversary on our upcoming Fantasy cruise. I booked the Ultimate Indulgence couples spa treatment and dinner at Remy. We also booked a family cabana on CC.

At WDW, you may want to consider a private fireworks cruise either for Wishes or Illuminations. You can simply book the boat or add additions like decorations and food (desserts or even a full meal). If you don't want to do a private boat, the Pirates and Pals cruise out of CR is a lot of fun!

This was almost the exact thing I was thinking of doing! Awesome minds!!

I hadn't thought about the fireworks cruise! Nice idea!! Thx!!

We did the Wishes cruise on a pontoon boat for my 50th, It was amazing.
It was February and chilly on the water, but a very memorable night.
We had dinner at O'Hana before then the boat left from The Polynesian dock.

Of course Palo or Remy is a romantic evening always. Let them know you're celebrating.

Enjoy

Do you happen to remember what that cost?

The couples massage is OK but a romantic dress up dinner at Remy would be my choice for a celebration on the cruise. I like the WDW suggestions too.

Here is some info about the fireworks cruises from allears.net: http://allears.net/btp/spcruise.htm

Here is some info on the fairly new Ferrytales dessert cruise: http://land.allears.net/blogs/allearsteam/2015/09/ferrytale_wishes_a_fireworks_d.html

I haven't done the ferrytales cruise, but I've done Pirates and Pals (so fun!) and a private Illuminations cruise (really lovely!). Ferrytales is on one of the big ferries that transports people from TTC to MK. Not really my cup of tea, but just wanted to give you the info!

The WDW cruises are nice as others have pointed out. Also at WDW, there is a chefs table reservation at a restaurant in Epcot that is very hard to get, but people love it. Otherwise, there is "dine with an Imagineer" experience (lunch and dinner, I think) at HS. Sorry, it's been awhile since I've read up on WDW, not having a trip planned, so I can't remember the restaurants names right now. Hopefully someone can add recent info.

On the cruise/in GF room you could have a homemade Anniversary banner made as a way of theming the room. Kids/ husband could help plan or help make it. They are easy to packup. We did this for our cabin for our 20th, and it was great to see it every day. Ours was the kind with string and paper triangles for each letter. You'll need magnets or something that won't damage the walls/doors on the ship if you plan to hang anything.

As a dad/husband I would love if my wife booked a surprise massage, facial and shave for me for formal night, then surprised me with a rented tux and her and the kids were all dressed in total formal wear for dinner. We could stay dressed all night and hang out as a family taking pictures together all over the ship. That would be the perfect gift for this guy!

That is so cute and thoughtful!!! Thank you!

I have a really neat gift idea. My sister in law received a dreamlines sketch of her dress for their one year. I have one my husband gave me on our wedding day. We both love it. We have it in our bedroom. I am now addicted and have been seeking personalized gifts, as I think it makes such a bold statement.
