Anniversary/drinking around the world tshirt

I have no idea if I am doing this right, but I would like a design for t shirts for me and my husbands 12th anniversary that we will be spending at Epcot drinking around the world. I have seen a few cute ones that will work if we can get personalized. On the back I would like a checklist that the workers can sign off on each country and on the front I would like it to say Happy 12th Anniversary. If anyone has any idea on how I can get designs I would be grateful for any ideas. Thanks
