We love LeCellier from your list (have not tried others...don't like Mexican or French food). Since you are taking 3-year old, how about Biergarten in Germany? I know it is a buffet--but there are no characters!
And, your daughter would be entertained by the live band and the dance floor.

Coral Reef has a nice atmosphere, good food and your child will really like seeing the fish! May I also suggest you order a cake.... Really special surprise for your little one.
