Kpm76 is right about needing a bit more info. V&A's would likely be the ultimate choice on WDW in terms of an elegant meal and dining experience. If you don't want quite that much gentility, I would suggest Artist Point. It is a special place all its own. Of course, WL is a great place to visit anyway with its stunning architecture and warm ambience. AP capitalizes on those feelings with a superb menu, from buffalo filet to salmon to steaks. I personally recommend the buffalo served medium rare with a nice Washington cabernet (the wait staff is quite knowledgeable about pairing wines with foods, too).
Their service has been above reproach the times we've been, and they are very good at making you feel at home, relaxed, and like a special guest. The ambience is also quite good, though I'd recommend a slightly later ADR to avoid the dinner hour rush. As for dessert, once again you have excellent choices, though most will tell you that the berry cobbler is their best. Finally, they serve a delightful French press coffee served tableside.
After dinner, stroll the grounds. Watch the geyser. Catch the electric water pageant if it's not too late. And from several spots on the grounds, you can catch the MK fireworks. All in all, dining at AP is relaxed, enjoyable, delicious, and can be quite romantic. Good luck in your choice and happy anniversary.
