Anniversary Dinner on 4day, which Restaurant?

My dilemma is this, we want to experience all the restaurants and have read on the boards how good Palo's is. I cannot eat much at one sitting and am use to having small meals. There is no way I could do two dinners at two different restaurants in one night so which one do we give up going to on our anniversary, the one we are assigned to for that night or Palo's? Decisions, decisions!! Our anniversary will be on the second night of our 4 day cruise!! I need the "eating experts" opinions!! Also on the 4 day cruise is a jacket and tie required at any of the restaurants? I have read so many conflicting reports on the dress code for the restaurants. Thanks for your advice!

On the 4 day cruise you repeat the restaurant that you eat at on the first night on your 4th night. So you could plan on going to Palo's on either the 1st or 4th night and not have to miss experiencing a restaurant. We just returned from a 4 day cruise on the 18th and even on the night we ate at Triton's (recommended dress - shirt/tie) there was a man come in wearing a t-shirt and shorts. We did not eat at Palo's so not sure if they are more strict there. I know they request coat and tie.

Celebrate your anniversary at Palo. Suits, sport coats, and ties are suggested, not mandatory. I've seen all varieties of attire at Palo as well as the other restaurants. We were on the Wonder this summer and looking around Palo as we had dinner, there were very few ties and coats. Enjoy! Jan
