Anniversary Dinner- Cirque and Fireworks??

DH and I are celebrating our anniversary in WDW this June. (We honeymooned there six years ago!) It will be a quick Friday-Monday trip as our work schedules are pretty hectic.

We had originally planned on dinner at California Grill and were hoping to see fireworks. He has since convinced me that he must see Cirque du Soleil that night so we have tickets for the 6pm show.

Do you think we could still do dinner at the California Grill and make it back in time for fireworks at 9pm? Also, is California Grill the best place to check out the fireworks or are there other better options?

The 6pm Cirque Show lets out at about 7:50. Depending on what time the fireworks at MK are that night you should be able to see them while you are dining, the California Grill is a great location to view the fireworks from. They have a roof balcony that you can go out onto (if you can't see them from your table) and they pipe in all the music. Don't worry about leaving your table for them, the whole resturant pretty much stops when the fireworks are going on... Happy Anniversary
