Hi does anyone know of anywhere that would deliver an anniversary cake as a surprise for my parents - they are staying in the Hilton Parc du Soleil near Lake Buena Vista.

I will try and find Tracy (Scojos) thread. There were links and pics in there too.

Dont think they deliver but the cakes from Publix are fantastic value with a great choice.

Seen it before but just had to go look again and drool.:rotfl2:

Actually I lost interest in cake this evening - I have been reviewing a Margerita variety thread ..... :rolleyes1 I'll post you the "address" if you are thirsty and fancy a virtual drink ;)

I am not a Margerita type. Had a pint of Tetley's Smooth Flow at the rugby this evening:cloud9:

Thanks, I know they look great on the website but I need delivery as I will still be in England and my parents in the US. However have found a cookie delivery service - bit pricier than cake but am willing to pay as I like their stuff!

Those look really lovely. And it's something different too. Don't forget to enter the promo code if you use them. ;)

Thanks tiggies, I thought they were different too. Thought I would post the link in case anyone was looking for something similar.

Mind you post a pic or a link for us of what you order so we can see. Just seeing as you got us all drooling and everything ;)

not sure how it works out price wise, but gardengrocer will collect the cake and deliver it for you...
tracy

they do do cool mickey ones:thumbsup2

Thanks Scojos but I think I am going with the cookie idea as it is different.

I soooo want to see which one you decide on. :) Have you picked yet? Sorry, no pressure (you'd think I was picking my own gift ....!) How did you come across this? I would never have dreamed to type in appropriate search words to bring that up :thumbsup2

All I typed into Google was "Orlando Gift Baskets". It came up with a whole host of companies but I thought Disney anniversary cookies were more interesting than champagne and chocs and I also though that cake might be too much for just my parents, we are flying out to spend some time with them, but not until several days later. This is the basket i am going for...

Will let you all know how it worked out (won't be back til August, going in July)

It's too beautiful to eat!!!! How big are the cookies, do they say?

It looks wonderful. I'm sure your parents will be delighted :cloud9: - what a brilliant surprise to organise for them. :cloud9::thumbsup2

I agree, it is very special and quite unique. I certainly haven't seen anything like this before.
