Does DLP have buttons they give out like at WDW and DL?

Is it worth wearing a button? :confused3
The CMs in Paris are generally ruder and often ignore you so I'm just not sure whether it's worth wearing a button or not?

Also should I mention anything when booking dining?

I'm not out for anything free. I just don't want to wear something if it doesn't mean anything in DLP.

Also...where would you go for an anniversary meal? I'm inclined to just stick with Inventions as I love Character meals and later times aren't too busy. But DBF is a foodie...and I might have missed an idea?

Thanks :goodvibes

If you're trying to find something suitable for a foodie and a character meal lover Inventions is actually a very good choice. It's one of the better restaurants foodwise. Not Walts level and different than Blue Lagoon, but it's usually the compromise boyfriend and I do too. ;)

I know they don't have birthday buttons, only stickers. I have never seen someone with anniversary stickers or buttons. I did wear my birthday button from Anaheim as a test when we went last year for my birthday and got no reactions at all. So I'd personally say it's not worth it even if there is an anniversary one.

When DD wore an anniversary sticker not one character or CM took any notice of it :( Even getting the sticker was a flat experience we was just given a sticker not even a happy birthday.

Not sure about the anniversary pins, or what they get you in the US parks. DD got a birthday sticker in Feb and it was wonderful, she had such a fuss made of her when she was given it, plus her phonecall from Mickey. And throughout the 2 days she was constantly wished happy birthday by CM's and every characeter she met made a huge fuss of her birthday, singing/miming to her and during the parade various characters stopped and sang happy birthday to her (piglet, pirates, princes and princesses) So I'm not sure that all CM's and characters just ignore you tbh! We certainly didn't have that experience!

I personally don't think the staff at DLP would generally acknowledge an anniversary button, and you can't buy them in the parks at DLP.

Ok....well I have my parents Anniversary buttons I could use...they give them out free and easy in the US parks all sorts of buttons...but I think it's a no on wearing that :rolleyes1

So should I mention it on a Dining reservation? Will it make any difference?

Dining at WDW they will give you a cupcake or something if you have a "celebration" of any kind listed. I had graduation listed on one reservation and I even got a personal card signed by various characters. That was actually really special and at one of the cheapest sit down restaurants actually...
And for my parents Anniversary at 1900 Park fare at WDW they got placemats.

I don't especially mind either way...it's just about what to 'expect' and know what is the 'norm'

This is the 'norm' for putting ANY celebration (true or not...lol...) on a dining reservation at a WDW restaurant. A free cupcake and they clap and sing.

as a general rule, don't expect any of that to happen at DLP.
