Anniverary at WDW

Hi. My sister and her husband would like to spend their 30th anniversary at WDW with their 3 adult children (and partners) So that's 8 for a day with a meal.Do you have any suggestions? She thought they might enjoy the characters at 1900 Park Fare, but would they get any interaction being all adults? Please contribute some advice. Thank you in advance.
From that statement about 1900 Park Fare you can see that my sister likes to have fun. Her children are young adults, also fun loving. They have been to Disney only a couple of times and will be staying offsite.

We go for our anniversary every year, and for our 25th our DS and DDIL went also. So all of us went to B&C and shared a Kitchen Sink. When they blink the lights, make the announcement, and everyone claps, that's fun!

Or maybe The California Grill. We will be there in April for our 30TH. But our actual Anniversary isn't till May 17TH.

It's not fancy but it's fun and there's something that most everyone likes there.
Ohanas Dinner at the POLY resort. Ohanas is an Hawaiian themed restaurant with
the man who plays a ukalali (spelling?) and other entertainers. I read about
a couple who celebrated there anniversary there and they announce and played a
song from them to dance to.
Can be done in the evening of MK day, just take the monorail from MK park and get off at the POLY.
There is all you can eat grilled Shrimp, Steak, turkey, asian noodles,
pot stickers, pineapple welcome bread, saled with lime vinegret and for
dessert bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and carmel sauce.
Anyone can eat there even if you're not staying onsite.
