Anna/Elsa on the Dream?

I know there is no guarantee of any character, but can anyone tell me the likelihood is of meeting Anna and Elsa on a Dream cruise this February? Also, does anyone know what time of day it usually is? It's only a 3-night cruise and we're doing excursions both days, so it's possible we'd miss them....

The Dream has two events that you pick up (free) tickets for: the Princess Gathering; and Anna & Elsa Meet & Greet. The Navigator you receive in the terminal will tell you where to go once onboard (on embarkation day) to pick up tickets. Sorry, can't tell you what days/times the meets are. They may vary a little from cruise to cruise. AND, sometimes only Anna or only Elsa can be there (as the other may have important business in Arendelle).

Ok thanks -- we are spending 4.5 days at the parks before the cruise, so sounds like we should go ahead and meet Anna and Elsa while there, just in case!

On the Wonder repo from Vancouver to San Diego they scheduled the Anna and Elsa meet and greet at 8:00 AM on our only port day so people could do that them disembark the ship. Olaf was there also.

On our three day dream cruise Olaf was not there. Our DGS only wanted to meet Anna and Elsa, but when we asked for those tickets we were told we would automatically be given tickets to the Princess gathering as well. The two meets were fifteen minutes apart in different (but close to each other) locations. We skipped the princesses. We were not given a choice of times, even though we asked.
