anna elsa meet...anyone know how?

Hi!
We are heading to DCA and DLR in a couple weeks. Just wondering if anyone knew anything about a meet/greet with anna and elsa. I thought they were at Disneyland, but touring plans says Cal Adventure. Anyone know the details on meeting them? Im not a huge Frozen fan but wouldnt mind adding their pic to my collection if the wait time isnt horrendous.
