They ran out of FPs at about 8:50 (8am park opening on a Magic morning day. I got my FPs at 8:30 with a return time of 5:20-5:40. Almost no line to get FPs. At 8:10, return time was about 3

Thank you for the update
This is one must do for me I love Frozen

I was also there this morning.
7AM Magic Morning, and walked (quickly) to Fantasyland.
First arrivals are given the option to go directly into the line or get a Fastpass, about a dozen families can line up.

I wanted to add that my husband was able to get the passes for the three of us without myself and my daughter present which was great because we were able to surprise her

Trying to plan my strategy as we'll. it will be a Saturday (10/25) I think my plan will be to do early entry as 7 am. Ride a few things then grab our RP just before 8 am park opening. Sound reasonable?

Where exactly is the line for Fastpasses?

If you are there for gate opening/rope drop on either an early entry or normal day the line up will start in Main Street. There will be cast members holding signs and directing you. The actual location of the line changed slightly when we were there, one day it was on the left hand sidewalk and another day it was on the street itself in Main Street. The cast members will then walk you through before rope drop to the spot in Fantasy Land where the fast passes will be handed out. This takes place under some umbrellas just passed the entrance to the Frozen meet and greet room which is on the left just opposite King Arthurs Carousel. The line extends along a fence/shrubs back towards the 'Village Haus Restuarant'. If you miss the early line up before rope drop rush straight to this area to join the line and cross your fingers. We were there 2 weeks ago and made the before rope drop line up 2 days in a row as my daughter forgot to get her autograph book signed the first time! both return times were around midday. It is correct that not the whole group has to stay in line but they do have to be in the park with their entry tickets activated, the person in line must have every person's ticket on them to be scanned to get a fast pass. My children went off to go on rides once they started and we had a meeting spot. On one of the days I heard a cast member telling people further back in the line than where I was that for their approximate time slots they could not guarantee that both Anna and Elsa would be there for the meet and greet. So try to be as far forward in the line as possible for the best chances. They were both there at both our meet and greets :)

Good luck and have fun :):thumbsup2

I think we would like to do this too. Get on a few rides during our early entry at 7:00 a.m. Then get in the line to get passes just before 8:00. Has anyone done this recently? Thanks!
