They are officially at Epcot through 2/1, but I've heard they will be there longer and possibly move officially to MK at some point.

Via a CM, there is very limited ability due to the fact that Disney cannot find enough women who meet their criteria to portray them, particularly Elsa. So it's not that Disney is being jerks about not having a lot of meet and greet times, they don't have enough women to meet demand

If meeting Anna and Elsa is a priority, get to Epcot at park open and go get right in line. You'll wait 2 hours (3 on an extended hour morning), but it's less than if you show up later in the day. Dh got in line at 8 on an early open day and we were 5th in line. By the time I got there at 9:30, they were already lining up for the afternoon (1pm and later) time slots. For reference, the first time slot is 11am. We had gone to Epcot a few days before, got to Norway a bit before 11, and the line was for the 4:50 meet and greet already - so a SIX hour wait! You'll have less waiting if you just go at park open!

One person in your party has to be in line. But you can trade off. And of course whoever wants to meet them has to be there when it is your time to go in. Most people in line were really nice and willing to hold your spot if you left a bag there to go get coffee or use the bathroom.

We got in line for Anna and Elsa at 10:40 Friday 1/24. At that time we were told we were the last family for the 3 o'clock time slot. The folks in front of us were very nice and we helped each other out when needed.

When we finally did get to see Anna and Elsa, we got in at 3:10, so we ended up being towards the beginning of the 3 o'clock time.

Due to the way they have to do the line because of the entrance to the bakery, I have to give kudos to the CMs working the line. Several times people thought they could join the line in front of the bakery and even ducked under the rope. Cms caught them every time and explained to them where the end was and how long of a wait there was.

The CMs were awesome! They told us to look at who was in front of and behind us and to make sure no one cut. One always was stationed at the end of the roped off area to make sure no one got in there, and another kept roaming around the church watching that line. It has got to not be a fun job to be the CM that tells people how long that line is!

Thanks for the info! I am going in March and my nephews want to meet them, so I am sure we'll try to get there at rope drop and get in line if this is still how the m&g's are set up then. Question....there will be 3 adults and 2 children in my "party." If a couple of us wait in line and the rest come back at our entry time, is that ok? Do they limit the amount of people you can have come back to go into the m&g? I know it will probably be me and my nephew heading for the line right away, then my Mom, Sister and other Nephew probably meeting us there because they would want to take their time and not rush for a line. Then we might switch off for potty breaks, etc.

Yes, that is fine. When you enter the line the CM asks how many people in your party. When we did it, ust about everyone in line was just an adult waiting and the kids and other adults came closer to the set time.

What date did you visit?

We got in line for Anna and Elsa at 10:40 Friday 1/24.

The way the Frozen line is structured changed on 1/26 - for others looking for tips, the information prior to 1/26 is not going to be the same.

I did line on 1/27 I believe it was. Got in line around 9:40ish after DH took me on the "scenic tour" of WS because he didn't listen to me. WE were in 12.:00 slot and I'd say midway. WE were sitting on wall just before church steps until we got directed to roped off area in front of windows.

Sounds like things are just as crazy as they were?

I read something a while ago that they had the area right before the door roped off so say, the people in the 12 o clock "Set" couldn't see into the room during the 11 o clock set so they could change out the "friends" of the sisters.

And from someone who was at the audition, they only kept 4 out of the group of 50 I was in, and I know for sure one of those did not get approved. It's a tough thing to do, and Elsa is pretty particular. Not to mention that audition was only about 3 weeks ago, so any girls who would have gotten hired may only be hearing about it now, much less already be working :confused3

We were there on 1/28 (the day we got in line at open). The first day we went to Epcot (but did not wait in line) was 1/25.
