Expect 90 minutes minimum, unless you wait until the last hour before park close, then you might get lucky with less.

Didn't they just do a test with a new system where you stop at the Hall and they give you a paper FP with a return time? Anyone know how that test went and if it's going to continue?

Not sure how things are just now, but I'm tuning in to this thread to follow...I thought the test sounded like it went fairly well. Of course, they ran out of the paper "return time" fp fairly early (reports varied, but it sounded like maybe 11ish? or a little sooner)...but the test only ran for a few days and now it's over, so I've been wondering about standby lines as well.

My trip isn't until mid-September, so I'm hoping something will happen before then. And given all of the activity (the testing of the new system, rumors of an additional M&G in Epcot), I'm very hopeful that we'll get a meet/greet without TOO horrid a wait.

I just read about that test. I was hoping they would still be doing it that way during my trip because I think I would have a better chance of having a shorter wait! Bummer
