Anna and Elsa at Epcot - What time

My child is so excited about meeting Anna and Elsa and talks of nothing else. Are meet and greets open during Extra Magic Hours? If not, are they there at park opening? Trying to plan my day and I can't seem to find this information out.

When we were there last week ago royal sommerhaus was closed and there weren’t announced meeting hours in the app.

There weren’t any characters at all at the late hours in January.

They weren’t opened during after hours. They open up officially at 945 am. At least that was the time when I was there the week after Easter. A line forms beforehand though.

We did it last week! Someone said said this but they do open at 9:45am and there will be a line before. We got in line around 9:15 and then my husband got us coffees and we had a casual wait while the park was still relatively calm. It was a super short wait once we got in after 9:45 and Anna and Elsa were great!!

We visited last Wednesday night at about 6 pm and waited 20 minutes.

We got in line at like 9:45 with an advertised 35 minute wait and it lasted over an hour. I highly recommend lining up early to minimize wait time.
