Ankershus Reservations

Hello folks,

Anyone have any recent experience/luck in getting last minute Ankershus Reservations, for a larger party (of 6)?

Had to change some plans around and move our EPCOT day, and will need to cancel the reservation I made months ago. How likely/possible is it to make lunch reservations (for a Friday) by stalking the website or calling frequently during the week leading up to the ideal meal-time?
