Animators Desk~new item!

I don't know if this has been posted yet, but yavn has the new animators desks and stools in his high school musical room. The stool is separate from the desk. It's sooo cute how when you sit at the desk, it looks like you are relaxing with your feet proped up. Warning: be careful if you go visit his room -- people were snapping each other's heads off trying to form and manage lines to try out the desks! Lol!

Oh this is so exciting! I'm going to DCA at the end of this week! Woot!

I think because DCA is having such a problem attracting people that they really want to give it an advantage....even a virtual one. I'm sure VMK is working out really well in Disneyland so they want to spread the obsession to it's lowly(is that a word?) counterpart.

By the way, there are two new items in the database today:

The Animators Desk
The Animators Bench

I wonder - does this Animator's Desk card give you only the Animators Desk item, and maybe there will be another card to give the Bench? Or does this card award both the Desk and the Bench?

I just got back from the DLR about an hour ago. We never even went into the Animations building. This was the first time I did not take my laptop to check here about what was happening in the VMK world!!! (ButQ But, I did finish the quests!

yes they are and I reported one boy but no one did anything...they (Mods)must all have the night off.

The Animation Table and Stool are 2 seperate Items and can be moved around as 2. Great for cafe's.

Hula had one in her game room today. It's adorable. I only hope I can get one eventually.

On my first try in the room, people were asking about the desk so much that I got DC before I got to play the game. Second time hula accidently offered the girl the pin or credits, which caused confusion, and the girl was asking which pin it was and I got DC again. She should've read the room description. Oh well. I had both the prizes anyway, just wanted extra for trading.

I am so sad. All the items I want come from Disneyland not WDW that I go to. Disneyland is to far away well so is Florida but not nearly as far or as expensive. I really wish they would come up with better items for WDW. They get all the good items. So sad. I would so love this animators table. But I know just like stitch hat I will never see one.

Take heart, Belle. The gold doors were only available by going to DL as well (the Monsters' ride), and a DISer gifted many of us them. And even if you didn't get one, they're pretty easy to find in trades. Thankfully this is not like the Stitch hat/pin/box where you have to book online; you just have to take a tour. So hopefully there will be tons of these floating around soon. *I hope, I hope*

Uh... wanted posters .. had to give my soul for one. WDW only.

UH....When WDW got the wanted posters DLR got the Magic Mirrors.

Then DLR got the golden doors (thankfully eventually there were more of those around than anyone could need). WDW got nothing although they too have a Stitch ride.
Then DLR got the Stitch items, WDW got no promotion there either.

True WDW has the AK Quest ( As stated in another post) BUT DLR got the 50th quest at the same time.

Now this beautiful desk and again NOTHING at WDW...


Seems a bit one sided to me too!!

Well, let's all hope that these desk's will be easy to obtain with the help of our west coast friends. With one person selling 18 of them, it sounds similar to the gold teleporters that were once available.
