Animation Academy

One of the things my granddaughter loved doing last summer at Animal Kingdom was doing the drawing class. We did Bambi! So on our upcoming trip to Disneyland and CA Adventure we definitely want to try to do it agai. The have 3 day park hoppers, and the reservation will be DL on day 1, CA Adventure day 2, Disneyland Day3. Park hopping available at 1 each day. Is there a way on our Disneyland mornings, to see what the options are to draw?. While we plan to park hop, I'm planning on avoiding the 1 pm crush. But I would like to know what the options are, so if there is something special my granddaughter would like to draw, we could make an effort to get there.
I looked on the app, and all I could see was times, but not what was being drawn.

I believe the only way to see what is being drawn is on the board in the lobby area outside the animation academy room.

Thanks. I was thinking maybe I would try the guest relations umbrella. We can walk over after we park hop; was just hoping to plan out ahead of time

I don't think guest relations will know but its worth a try.

I don't have one at hand but there are some twitter and Instagram accounts that post the Animation Academy schedule with some regularity (I only know because I follow gothicrosie on Instagram and she sometimes reposts them). You could try locating a few of those before you go so you have some places you can check online.

Guest relations will not have the information and in general, the CMs at City Hall will not be willing to look it up for you. Animation Academy will post a physical sign sometime between 9AM and 9:30AM each day so the best bet is to have a friend over on the other park take a picture of the sign after they put it out.
