What is the best time to see the animals while you eat at Sanna? The sun should set around 5:30. We have reservation at 6:30 but I'm thinking it will be too dark to see anything.
Thanks!

You might run into issues here. There is some lighting but it is not what I would call lit up. I have always found lunch is a much better option if you really want to see animals while eating at Sanna.

Depends on time of the year, which you didn't specify. Right now, it's not getting dark until close to 9pm. We were there a month ago, and the animals were really active beginning an hour to an hour and a half before it got dark. There was a baby giraffe on the Arusha Savanna (which isn't visible from Sanaa) that would begin running around the savanna every evening before dusk.

Just saw where you listed when the sun sets....you may be a little late, but not necessarily.

You won't see much if it's dark. Based on out 2012 visit you could not see more than 20-30 feet beyond the windows in the dark.
