We just entered ROFR for our 160 point contract for akv. I'm estimating if we make it through the first phase that around beginning to mid December is when we may have access to our points. Does anyone know what our chances are of getting in to a 2 bedroom is for the first week of June 2014 at that point?

AKV is generally pretty easy to get at under 7 months, due to it's size. You will be inside six months, but I suspect you could still get a savanna or standard view 2BR at Kidani. Don't worry too much about ROFR -- AKV generally passes without a problem, since they are still actively selling the resort. Despite that, they will still make you wait 28-30 days to find out. At 5 1/2 to 6 months out for early June, you will probably be able to get savanna or standard view. You will not be able to get value or club level.
