How much longer do you think they will sell AKV? My parents are coming down with us in October, so I would like for them to take the tour and look at AK.

They have just started selling units in Kidani, so I'm sure there will be plenty available in October and beyond.

I think they will be selling AKV for at least 2 to 3 years, possibly longer when more new resorts are added to the mix.

They have sold maybe 35% of AKV in the 14 months since sales began in Feb 2007. If sales continue at exactly the same pace it will take them over 2 years to sell out. Assuming some of the early sales were pent up demand from existing owners who missed staying at AKL and given that other resorts will be for sale during that time, it will likely take longer than that. Chuck's estimate of at least another 2-3 years sounds right to me.
