Thought it was going to be crowded, thought it was going to be hot. Nope and nope. We are staying at Windsor hills, I don't know if this is the best touring strategy, but here is what I did on this non-EMH day so far....left Windsor at 8, for 9 opening, got to line(here was my first mistake they were letting people in for breakfast on the far right hand lines, my instinct was to wait and jump in those lines when they opened the park, those that did got a jump on the other lines). Straight to KSafari walked on, outfitters Mickey and Minnie meet, Kali Rapids, Everest (FP+ 940-1040), Everest single rider, Nemo at 11, dinosaur FP+ 1050-1150 12:20 we were back in our car heading to condo for lunch/swim. Wondering what to do later, but we have FP for lion king at 530.

Not sure what time the park closes tonight, but Kali gets short lines in the hour before closing. I recommend hopping on that a couple of times! Otherwise walk the trails to see the animals.

The Winter Summerland mini-golf isn't too far from AK, maybe you could head there for a round of gold before or after the FotLK show? Try to get a last minute reservation at Rainforest Café for dinner after the show (check on your way back in the park)? Get one last ride of EE in before park close!
