animal kingdom ticket question

How is the ticket booth set up? Are there several lines, one long line or do they have automated machines? I did something thru will call a few years back and kind of remember a long slow moving line. Just want to know what to expect as this is last minute and prepurchasing not an option (we leave tomorrow morning).

So,am I understanding that you don't have any tickets? If not,just go to the ticket booth. You shouldn't have too long a wait because most people don't go to AK on their first day and therefore already have their Magic Your Way tickets.
