Animal Kingdom Restaurants at closing time

We are going to WDW in September, when AK is scheduled to close at 5pm. We want to grab dinner at Flame Tree around closing time. Does anyone know when they stop taking orders and how long they let you eat if you order last minute?

If I am right about this, the cs resturants start closing down about 30 mins to an hour before park closes.

Actually, if I remember, unless things have changed, Flame Tree BBQ was one of the earliest to close, maybe it was an hour before closing. Pizzafari stayed open latest, until closing at that time.
