Animal Kingdom question

I plan on going to Animal Kingdom on 8/22 and I'd like to have lunch at Tusker, as advised by members of this board. I have a map of AK but it does not list the site of restaraunt. Can anyone tell me where Tusker is located in the park as that I am trying to plan which direction to travel in so that I will not be on the opposite side of the park at lunch. Thanks

It's in the "Africa" land of Animal Kingdom.

Tusker house is located in Africa, near Kilamanjaro Safari.

Now why dont they have any pdf maps that you can download that show where the dining locations are?

Found one!! This one may not be accurate with all of the attractions, it does state that it is an older map, (i.e. the Magic Kingdom map still shows the skyway which has been closed down for quote a while) but the Tusker House is on there.

We always walk over to the Safari around 11:30 and get a fast pass and go to Tusker House for lunch. It has always been my favorite counter service. Get the roasted chicken.
