As others have said, it depends on what you're interested in. If it's just rides and shows, it can take less than a full day. If you want to see the animal exhibits and other animal activities, it can take a lot longer!
Even prior to Pandora, AK was a two-day park for me. Now that Pandora is open, I imagine that will bump up to a 2+-day park for me. But I'm a huge animal lover, and have been volunteering at my local zoo for 18 years. I could probably easily spend 3 or 4 days just at AK!
OP, be sure to make time to see the Flights of Wonder bird show. It's excellent!
