Animal Kingdom Lodge ?

I am thinking abiut staying at the AKL if I want a view with the animals, would that be considered a savannah view? Would I be guaruntee a view of the animals? Thanks

Yes, a savannah view room guarentees a view of the animals.

We were there the first week in May. We had a savanah room and loved it! We saw animals from our balcony every day. We were on the Zebra trail, Uzima savanah. You will absolutely love AKL. Be sure to read through the AKL resort thread on the boards!

We were there in January in the Kudu trail looking into the Arusha savanna. All three savannas have animals, but unless they've changed it, the Arusha savanna is the only one that has zebras. Something about them not getting along with the cattle and having to be seperated. All three have giraffes. To look into the Arusha savanna you would need to specific with your request and again at check in. I requested to be on the third floor of either the Zebra trail or the Kudu trail looking INTO the Arusha savanna.
