What is the best way to get a discount on lodging for the Animal Kingdom Lodge? I have call and was quoted an outrageous amount for a "parking lot view" and I was really nice to the guy. Any suggestions?

Also try mousesavers.com or talk to a Disney travel agent/agency like Dreams Unlimited (the sponsers of this board).

Usually you have to ask for a specific code to get a special rate. And it may be too early for when you are visiting.
