With Animal Kingdom opening at 7am on our dates in December, what are our breakfast options in the park? Are there any sit down breakfast options? I sure wish Tusker House would open!!!!

There are no sit down breakfast options. I called Rainforest Cafe and asked if they are going to open for breakfast (we have done them before).. and they said no.

With a 7am start, there is no real option even at hotel quick services. We’ll probably pick up some baked goods the night before? Kinda disappointed.

The breakfast at AKL Sanaa looks really good. It’s QS though.

I’m disappointed too. I don’t understand why Rainforest can’t be open for breakfast. I see they have Starbucks and they serve breakfast croissants and muffins. May have to do that.

Isle of Java has breakfast sandwich and the Tiger Tail pastry. And I thought the Yak and Yeti QS said it was open but I may be wrong

The lack of breakfast goes across the entirety of WDW and I simply don't understand why. Some say it's cost cutting but that just seems short-sighted, everyone needs to eat and basically people are having to get inventive with the breakfast solutions for the time-being, and many of those dollars are NOT being spent on Disney. It's frustrating to say the least.

I think we plan to do Pongu Pongu for one of our AK breakfasts but I don't know what time they open off the top of my head. AK opens at 8am on our two days we are going there.

There are definitely quick service options, but the lines will be long.

Rainforest said that Disney won’t let them keep two crews on, they are only allowed to be open for a set number of hours a day. Which means they do an extended lunch. We’d be more likely to see breakfast open at Disney ran restaurants. Maybe a family style Breakfast will open eventually?

We thought it was really strange too. Our favorite breakfast meals are Garden Grill breakfast in Epcot and Be Our Guest (historically early entry to both parks with reservations). Lets face it as a family of 3 we are paying WAY more for breakfast at each of those than we will at a Starbucks location.
