We are going second half of August. And I'm finding myself feeling like I have to make ADR for everything. I know some places I will have to jump on, like O'hana and such. The one I'm wondering about it AK. Like if we go will we ever be able to just go and sit in a restaurant when we are ready to eat and not because the clock says it's time? I'm looking at Restaurantosaurus or Yak & Yeti

If you are interested in Yak and Yeti (or either of the Rainforest Cafes), I would recommend considering signing up for the Landy's Select Card. It's Landry's "loyalty" club. It's $25 to join, but that $25 goes toward your bill and you get priority seating (even over those with ADRs) whenever you show up - no reservation needed.

For Restaurantosaurus, IMHO, I don't think you'll have a huge problem (you're referring to the Burgers and Sundaes ADR I'm assuming?). Or just eat there for QS (no ADR required)?!

Only moderators can move threads; if you'd like one moved, just use the Report button to let us know.

I'll move it to the Restaurants board now. :)

Yak & Yeti, either get an ADR or the Landrys card. Unless you are eating at an off time, it tends to be crowded with long standby waits. The Landrys card puts youto the front of the line without an ADR.

Here's a question. If we are in the park and decide to go to Yak & Yeti (remember I'm trying to play by ear in this park, lol) Can I buy this Landrys card and get it online right away? With the $25 that goes towards the bill? Or does it take time to process?
I already have a bunch of ADRs planned and honestly I can't and don't want the pressure to have to be at places when I don't necessarily want to eat. Some places I'm willing to like O'hanas, other's meh

I have never been able to eat at Yak & Yeti without an ADR.

I believe it takes up to 10 days to process, unfortunately. Do you have any Landry's restaurants near you? You can use it at any Landry's location. https://www.landrysinc.com/#/page/1

I'm lucky I have any restaurant around that anyone here has heard of. lol So no, I will survive, or make a reservation and just cancel it, you have till an hour before right?
Disney reservations need to be canceled by midnight the night before the reservation in order to not be charged at no show fee($10 per person).

Or, if you decide to cancel the day of, I've read that you can modify the ADR to a later date and then later on cancel it.
