I figure that if the programming throws one of those into the mix, then the randomizer is set to throw more of those into your ocean. Just a matter of waiting it out and constantly surveying the shore. Only problem is - who with a real life has time for that??????
I also figure the randomizer (the program that controls the fish - what comes up and when) is also set to stop putting those into the mix as often after the 6pm tournament close.
It's a very easy thing for the programmers to set up. Not a very easy thing to like, though....
