I got a tuna the other day and I've had 2 string fish now.

Greg has caught numerous string fish - none for me. But I've caught 3 tuna. Go figure...

I think we're due the Nookingtons next, what are the hours? I time travel most days (so I play once each day even if I only play Tues and Thurs for example) so I can time it right for opening.

It closes at 9. We re-set our Wii time so that it's an hour earlier so that we can sell things up to 10 our time.

I want to set up another character too just so I can decorate her home with my "Lovely" stuff.

I need a week off work for all this

Ditto! My girls' night tonight has been canceled and I was so excited to know that I can go home and water my red turnip! I was a little freaked out that I wouldn't be able to water it today and it would wilt or die.

Ha! I understand what you mean exactly! I do know that you can hold your hybrids in your pocket and they will not wilt - not sure about the dresser, but yeah - I don't want my hybrids of jacob's ladders to die!!

I also read that if you keep your hybrids in your house they won't wither. My house is gonna be full of hybrids by May 8th !

I'm planning on playing a week ahead just before we go and then catching up when we get back, we'll be gone Fri - a week on Wednesday so I should be able to do that.

I like most of my neighbours but I'm trying to get rid of the penguin Gwen, she's so stuck up. The other day I kept pushing her around (for about 30 seconds) and she got soooo mad her head flashed red and she was spouting steam

Does anything special happen on Valentines day? t would be cool if you could decorate your town for holidays like that

Interesting, my animals haven't even asked about Valentine's Day...and it's tomorrow. All they keep talking about in the Fishing Tourney.

I did discover that when you are making a snowman you have to actually push the snowballs together. One into the other. One of my snowballs was too small so I just kicked it in the other and nothing happened. So I rolled on more snow and then pushed it into the other. Stupid Snowman....he sure can be picking. He looks fine to me but alas he is not happy. The snow ends Feb. 24 and I still need 9 more Snowman pieces.....

It was not because of her crush on Habeeb, it was because she came to my house and then criticized it! She's been nicer since then.....I'd like one of those sheep to move in, they're cute the penguins too, maybe Nancy's will move to our town (then you can visit her Nancy).

Our gate will be open in a few - Our oldest is driving daddy's character around.

Only rule in our town is not to pick up the stuff we leave on the ground. We transfer stuff between houses that way. We haven't played our daughter's character in awhile and there is a lot of stuff for her to pick up outside the house!

It is the Fishing Tourney in my town at the moment and I am in the lead with 2 hours to go with a 106.5 inch Tuna I think I might win this one. It seems to me that there are a lot more Tuna out today, I caught 4.

I am also on holidays now for 2 weeks. So hopefully I will see some of you more online, It will be great to see some more peoples towns.

It is the biggest of any fish. I gave in my first Tuna and then I have sold the rest, because I am pretty confident that I will win this one.

Good morning everyone! Happy Valentines Day. I received a letter from one of my neighbors that said "its a great day to sit and eat truffels but maybe you should hit the weights". I'm thinking this Axel guy knows me all to well. Did not receive any chocolate from my neighbors. My son received in his letter saying that someone was making chocolate but ran out.

He just yelled up the stairs that the tent is up for the tournament so we are good to go. We will try to open our gates today for visitors!! Good luck to all!

Moe sent me a candy heart.
Our fishing contest is the biggest fish (any kind). Of course today I caught a stringfish. I'll be darned if I'm giving it over to the fishing contest guy - I'm selling that sucker! I'm in the lead (between me and the animals so far). I just gave him a sea bass. He gave me two prizes though for each one (a lunar lander and something else), not the trophy.


I sold my turnips last night for 134, I just didn't want to worry about them.

I'll see if I can convince Greg (who's now fishing) to open the gate.
