Animal Crossing Issues...

I hate to say it, but transgender reconstruction surgery is not available in Animal Crossing. Make a "new girl in town" and that way you can have a few extra benefits. More storage, more rooms to decorate, and the best - another voter when you earn enough money to buy the town a bridge! We also found out that if you do some stuff with speciality designs, like build paths, you can use their design storage and not lose your path design when you pick up something you like.

What you can do is this:

• Build up a chunk of cash with your current character.
• Start the game and say you're new instead of picking your old character. This will let you create your girl.
• Go ahead and take her through the start-up process with Nook.
• Then, play your old character. Drop off bags of money in front of the new girl's house - enough for her to pay off a few mortgages, until you get the house you want.
• Load up your pockets with the stuff you like the best and drop it in front of her house. This is especially important for all your tools. That way you don't lose anything.
• Sign in as the new girl, and then go pick up all your things and move in!

How do you drop bags of bells? I have picked up bells from trees and rocks which turn into 1000 bags of bells when combined but it takes a little while. Is there a way to change your Nook sales into bags of bells? hmmm...I haven't withdrawn anything from the ATM yet so maybe that is how you get bags of bells? Right now I'm saving up to donate 200,000 bells to the Town so most of my bells are in my savings.

If she really wants to stay "herself" - I wonder if she could go to the city and have a makeover at the salon. But I like the idea of having another character. DUHGreg took over my second character. Habeeb hasn't been able to visit anyone yet, but he's a real cutie.

We got Wii speak!!! Now we can actually talk to people - we visited Nancy yesterday. Talking is so much easier!

I've only been actively playing for about two weeks now, so I'm sure there are lots of things like this that I don't know a thing about...

and one last thing - how do you build sidewalks & roads?

I think I need to find a job that I can do from home ...This going to work for over 8 hours a day is really cutting into my AC time

Also, I've never seen a spaceship or the ghost. And the diving guy? There is an otter that goes out to sea. Is that him? You have to give him a scallop before he talks to you.

Life has resumed, lol. Actually I've got a lot on my plate right now. I want to play Animal Crossing, I'm reading Twilight, and I'm behind on DVR. I was on this afternoon, but no one else was. I miss you too I'll try for tonight. We've also been really busy with soccer. Who knew, -20 degrees outside, and my DD is playing soccer.

The animals in my town are clearly obsessed with these bugs because all of them keep asking me to help find them! I've been able to find pill bugs, centipedes and flies, but no bagworms or mole crickets. Where, where, where do they hide?!?

Also, what happens if you can get a scallop to the otter before he jumps off the bridge?

Completely OT- Madi100- I just finished "Twilight" a few days ago and now I'm almost through "New Moon". I avoided reading these books for as long as I could because I didn't want to jump on that bandwagon, but WOW!- I was completely "sucked" in. Heh heh.

Yeah, if you shake the trees, you may see the bagworm coming down, kind of like a spider might, but by the time you get your net and get set, it climbs back up into the tree. Apparently the easiest way is to empty your pockets, except for the net. Then you know you'll get the net when you hit the get your equipment button. But it's still tricky catching those little suckers...

The dude on the bridge is Pascal. Pick up a scallop shell BEFORE you talk to him. Talk to him and he will say something witty. Give him the scallop and he will give you , I believe, something pirate for the pirateship theme room. If you talk to him before you have a scallop, he will say something and then just jump off the bridge the float out to sea.

The flying saucer has Gulliver in it. You are suppose to shoot down the spaceship with your slingshot. When you hit the spaceship a piece of the ship will be somewhere in town. Either later that day or the next day you will find the ship on the beach. Give him the missing spaceship part and then he will give you something.

You can't really "build" sidewalks and roads. Some have created designs that have rocks on them to place down on the paths. As you walk around the town you will create walkways. When the snow melts and spring is beginning the grass will grow where the snow is now. If you have a lot of brown now, that will be your walkways.

The Starman is part of the Mario Theme. So if you are into collecting all the Mario Brothers items, this is part of it. If you don't want it you can either sell it to Nook for 256 bells or you can exchange it with someone on your friend code. I had a lovely carpet that I did not need or want so I gave it to YellowMickeyPonchos and I think she gave it to someone for someone. YellowMickeyPonchos and I exchange items all the time and I know she exchanges and gives gifts all the time. It is all up to you.

The anchor is part of the pirate theme. You can only get the pirate theme from Pascal. Yeah, Pascal gave me a helm. Right now it is in my dresser until I decide what to do with it.

Who won the tournament? I got a nice trophy for my 18.5 inch horse mackerel (sounds fine to me)

I did this on Sunday and got first place My fish was 23" something I got the Silver Trophy!

I've caught a few of these - I find the easiest way to do it is shake the tree once and see if there is a Bagworm then let it go back. Work out where your net is (press left right on the Nunchuck) then shake again, quickly get your net and line up to bag it they don't go back up that quickly - I have one in the Museum and have sold them for 300 Bells. Good luck!

Oh no that is terrible! Can you exchange stuff then quickly go back to your town and put it in your house? Or do you have go 'to bed' to save it? That really sucks when you lose stuff

Has anyone auctioned anything? I put something there ages ago and it's still there Plus everytime I go in they aren't accepting items

Also have you been to the 'Theatre'? You can learn emotions there, the other characters don't seem to respond though.
