Animal Crossing City Folk

Any one of you have Animal Crossing City folk. I don't know how to make a perfect town. How did you make the square blocks in the acres. Please tell me how.

i paid fourty dollars for that game, played it twice, and sold it to gamestop for store credit.

it really isn't worth it. sell it back while you can still get money for it.
