does anyone know when you get your friend code is there anything you need to do with your internet connection beforehand. my connection is fine for the wii channels and it is all set up but i cant get my friend code. the dog goes to get it and says there is a problem

If I recall correctly, you have to go to your house and pick up the phone (the one that is next to your bed upstairs). There was a setting in there that needed to be changed so that you could get a FC, but right now I can't remember the specifics. Take a look and if you can't figure it out, I'll dig around some more.

You can donate one of each to the museum. Or you can sell them to Nook's to make money!

I sure missed out on that one. I went to Keri's tonight looking for a good turnip sale price, Joan sold them to me today for $96. I guess I'll be on the lookout this week for someone with good prices.

Keri, I was dozing on and off and wondered why you didn't come over. I finally went to look to see if your gate was open so I could sell a pocket FULL of goliath beetles, wondering if I'd dozed through your visit, and...my gate was CLOSED. DOH!!!! So clearly that dozing I did was of great importance, since my brain was not functioning. Sheesh....
