Angry Lobster chow fun @ Morimoto Asia

I was wondering if someone who has had this can tell me how it's eaten? I've seen a lot of pictures of it, and don't see crackers in any. Is it served with the shell already cracked open for you? Is it even served in the shell? The pictures look like the whole lobster (shell and all) is battered, fried, and served like that, am I correct?

Also can anyone tell me about the sauce it's served in? Is it sweet, spicy, curry flavor?
