There was a news story in my area, Chicagoland, where a woman rated a buisiness a grade of "F" on Angie's List. She is now being sued! Sued for her opinion and by stating the information listed by the owner was false. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2010/06/29/national/main6629955.shtml
Just off that I would stay away. If the buisiness wins then I would not know what is a true rating and what is inflated or not true because people would not want to get sued.... thewre are many of these court cases out there. I just don't trust opinion sites. Most of the time you hear about the negative instead of the posistive.
If you want a true report on a buisiness then do research on the better buisiness bureau websire. The BBB actually looks into the report of bad buisiness or the like and if they find it valid, publishes on their website. I worked at a privately owned company in my early 20's. The BBB would contact her on any report sent to them, she would then get to state her side. All the info (both sides) are published. The owner took them very seriously. Though after looking at some others you can see which ones don't cause the BBB will report on their website state if after a certain period of time that here is no response from the owner.
