We have a new Angel - Camilla from the UK (Wasn't she the one dating Prince Charles???)

Alan's DW once knit a blanket that got mixed with cat hair so she had to throw it out. Throwing out the cat seems a little harsh but hey, they are from Alabama.

Marsha's dogs were asleep on the couch for what seemed like 3 days. In the future please put a mirror under their noses. If it doesn't fog up I don't think they are asleep.

SB was quiet today. Wait that can't be right. I'm sorry she said it was quiet here today.

Gail got good news and left work. I thought the leaving work part was the good news.

All the Angels led by Steph have resorted to looking on milk cartons for Gail.

As if the math riddles weren't bad enough, LK now feels compelled to give Steph ideas on how to torture us. And what in H-E-double hockey sticks were you doing in Lars sock drawer!!!!

These busy days at work are murder on the catch ups....

You had me laughing out loud with your theories of my news. While I did actually win a trip to WDW a few years back this is a bit smaller scale.

I qualifed for the annual recognition conference at work...which is being held next month at the Mohegan Sun casino!!!


It's an overnight and I can bring a guest so who wants to come?

Glad to see that you got home. I was beginning to worry about you, Gail. I thought maybe you won the lottery and someone knocked you over the head to get your winning ticket or something. Great news! I'm happy for you.

I just got off the phone with my brother. He lives in Tulsa. He met with my uncle and cousin today. That doesn't sound too unusual, except I haven't seen them for almost 40 years. My grandparents died within a week of each other. My dad's sisters cleaned things out of the house and even got the will from the safety deposit box. My dad and his brother were heart-broken that the girls felt they needed to steal from them. Dad told me years later that he'd have given them whatever they asked for, but they went behind his back. So I come from a disfunctional family. Stubborn beyond belief. Both the brothers are dead and gone without anyone ever offering an olive branch. Anyway, our cousin called and asked to meet with my brother. He said they had a good visit and he was glad that our aunt wasn't part of the picture. I'm happy because she said she'd try to send me names and dates for my family tree search. Things I've been needing, but didn't want to approach them about.

I'm glad tomorrow is Friday. It was a short week. So why did it feel so long?
